Indelibly linked with the MGB sports car of the 1960s and ‘70s, MG is now better known as the purveyor of practical cars at the affordable end of the market. Until now…
You’re looking at a sports car that neither Porsche nor Tesla have managed to put into production yet: a two-door open-top with punchy electric power.
It’s a halo car for MG, with svelte styling (complete with scissor doors) and single- and dual-motor powertrain options.
We’ll likely see Porsche’s forthcoming electric Boxster and the much-delayed Tesla Roadster towards the end of 2024, but production of either won’t start until 2025. Which means, for now, the MG Cyberster has the market all to itself.

Folks ignore the fact that the M3P is also a perfect daily driver - super efficient and well-mannered on your commute to work and back; a beast of a performer when you want it to be. Unlike the gas guzzling bmw m3 and the likes, that only make sense for most as a second car. So might as well compare M3P price to that of 2 gas cars. And, wth, who wants fake gear shifts and gas engine noises? The R&D dollars that Hyundai spent making this happen for the Ioniq N would be better spent figuring out EV production at some sort of scale.

I think it looks amazing. Do we know who the designers where? I think they got the interior just right and that if it was black leather comment, Well disagree as its great to see colour coming back into interiors over the same boring black or grey we had to put up with for the past 30 years. Look back to the 60-early 80's and they had a lot of colour choices vs the same old boring and cheap looking grey or black that took over in the 90's till today.

You are aware that the proper land cruiser has twin turbo 3.3L V6 engine, making 227Kw and 700nm torque with a ten speed. What you have there is poverty pack called a Prado in other countries, its a bit like the Chinese putting a Toyota badge on one of their knock offs, it has the badge but it's not.
